In today’s fast-paced business world, customers expect immediate service. The area that comes under most frequent scrutiny is telephonic contact with suppliers which, particularly for the service industry, is critical. Customers need to speak to the relevant person instantly, without being kept on hold endlessly or connected to voicemail. Customers have high expectations and do not hesitate to take their business elsewhere if they are not satisfied with the service.
Keep hold of your customers without costly mobile telephone charges. IDS brings to you state-of-the-art DECT wireless telephony by KIRK to enable you and your staff to be reached, regardless of where you are on site. With DECT, you can send staff where they are needed, eliminate tannoy announcements and free up your switchboard.
What is DECT?
KIRK has developed an ingenious portable IP telephony solution based on DECT (digital enhanced cordless telecommunications). Complying with the GAP standard, the system consists of a wireless mobility server installed with an IP interface and a number of base stations, repeaters and wireless handsets.
DECT’s features include:
At the core of any Out4Sure solution is specially formulated tubing. Manufactured from pressurised polymer materials, it has the necessary characteristics to detect heat and extinguish fire. Inert suppression gas reduces the oxygen content of the atmosphere to a point where combustion becomes impossible.
An LCD display constantly monitors real-time system pressure, smoke detection, temperature, airflow, humidity, light levels, sound levels and system activity. Cameras and sensors can also be added to the circuit. Your Out4Sure solution will be installed by one of our team of highly specialised engineers at strategic, potentially hazardous locations.
Think of it this way...
When today’s telecommunications services are interrupted for just a few hours, the working day is thrown into chaos. Even the good old telephone lies dormant on the desk because all contact details, diaries and meeting notes are held on a computer database. Imagine the devastation a permanent interruption would wreak on your business. Don’t run the risk!
