Withy King is one of the leading (and largest) law firms in the South West, with seven offices in Bath and throughout Wiltshire. They provide legal expertise and commercial advice to regional, national and international business organisations. Their belief in providing comprehensive services extends to encompass a range of personal legal services for both business-owners and private clients.
They operate Mitel Axxess equipment throughout the practice and are fully networked over dedicated links, leased connections and DSL services. All voice traffic between sites is over a VoIP managed solution and shares the network links with their data needs.
IDS where invited to an initial meeting with the IT director and the IT manager. They had a Mitel Axxess platform in their main office and had a wish list of what they wanted, goals they wanted to achieve and timescales. They had looked at their regional suppliers but had been unable to find a provider in whom they had confidence in giving the best solution as well as partnering with them in the future.
Based upon this meeting IDS presented a proposal that showed the way forward, detailing their needs and requirements, costs and timescales. In addition their wish list was answered over and above their initial needs. Since then IDS have had business in excess of six figures over a three year period with ongoing services on a monthly basis. These cover ISDN 30, ISDN 2 and analogue line services in addition to leased lines, DSL for resilience and use by home workers.
